Refund & Return Policy
Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee
We stand completely behind the authenticity of every autograph we sell. All autographed items are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and are backed by our 100% Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee. If an item purchased from SportAuthentix is ever proven to be inauthentic by a recognized, industry-standard third-party authentication company (such as PSA/DNA, JSA, or Beckett), we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price.
Standard 30-Day Returns
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

Starting a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, email us at [email protected].
For standard exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at stevef@sportauthentix.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
