DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP AN ITEM

Do You Have An Item You Want Signed At One Of Our Upcoming Public Or Private Signings? Are you looking to get a personal collectible or item signed, inscribed or personalized? Do you need to pickup an item from a past signing? Then continue reading!

For your safety, we are now offering curbside drop-offs and pickups.

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT Call us at (416)994-6879 or email us at stevef@sportauthentix.com to arrange a date and time to drop-off or pickup your item(s).

We are open for drop-offs and pickups from Monday to Saturday from 10 AM - 3PM EST. Please allow us 24 hours to confirm your appointment. We do not accept same day appointments.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Prepare ALL of your items for drop-off before you come. Tag your name on each item with a removable label or sticker. Indicate how you would like your item signed by using a post-it note to indicate your desired location and color or pen type.

FILL OUT A PRE-ORDER FORM We require a pre-order form submitted with all drop-offs. Please include your return shipping address and contact information.

PAYMENT FOR YOUR ORDER We require a payment on all orders before arriving for your scheduled appointment. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and etransfer. Please contact us for payment.

Please Note: Items submitted for public signings are typically signed at planned upcoming signing dates, which can be viewed HERE. Items submitted for private signings are typically signed one to two weeks following the order deadline date. A Player MUST Be Scheduled for a signing for us to accept an item as a Send-In!

HOW CURBSIDE APPOINTMENTS WORK

Please make sure you a confirmed scheduled appointment date and time before coming to our location.

1. When you arrive at our location, park in one of the designated parking spots in our driveway.

2. Call us at (416)994-6879 to let us know you are here.

3. If you arrive early please wait in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time before calling us.

4. Remain in your vehicle with a protective face covering and open your trunk.

5. If you are dropping off an item(s) we will follow up with after the signing is complete to advise when your order is ready for pickup.

6. Simply follow the same procedures for a pickup.
